Sales Admin Vacancy
We are on the search for a part time sales admin to support the sales team with the processing of customer orders, invoicing and reporting.
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
Sales & Customer Support
1. Monitoring the sales mailbox, directing incoming queries (phone/email) to the relevant team member to ensure a swift and appropriate response.
2. Processing of customer purchase orders and sales orders
3. Completion (finalization) of invoices in accounting software, checking payment terms and coding before sending to customer, including proforma invoices not on payment terms ahead of delivery
4. Completion of customer product registration paperwork (typically supermarkets)
5. Compilation of weekly supermarket sales information for input to demand and production schedule
6. Compilation of sales reports for collaboration projects to support monthly invoicing
7. Supporting the sales team with preparation and sending of product information to customers
8. Working with the sales team to complete product information in Breww as required (includes export information, pricing, delivery charges)
9. Supporting the preparation of availability reports for export customers
10. Maintain and update customer records
11. Supporting the sales team with other tasks as required
