Since opening our Edinburgh Venue in May of this year, we have ben going from strength to strength! And we are now in the process of renovating our kitchen to provide fantastic food to our already loyal customer base.

We have HUGE plans of this kitchen and cannot wait to share them with you. But first, we need to find the prefect team to help make those plans a reality. So, we're on the look out for a Head Chef/Kitchen Manager and Chef de Partie.

HEAD CHEF / KITCHEN MANAGER

Edinburgh, EH2

Full-time/permanent

Complete overall control of all activites within the kitchen and back of house operations, including Menu Development and expansion of initial a la cartepremium burger and snacks menus within craft beer concept brasserie. Autonomy regarding specials and creativity is paramount to your development as we look to grow our market and share the potential to expand our offering.

Experience of running a similar kitchen at Head Chef level is advantageous, however for a anyone with ambitions of taking control of their first venture there is the support network of a group operations director to provide assistance.

Core skills would include: Sound knowledge of food trends, seasonality, budgets and stock control and the ability to delegate, motivate, encourage and train staff. The ability to communicate with junior and senior management and the understanding of business development is crucial.

CHEF DE PARTIE

Full-time/permanent

To provide assistance and support to the running and maintenance of all kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef. Focusing on a la carte premium burger and snacks menu within a crcaft beer concept brasserie.

Autonomy regarding specials and creativity is paramount to your development as we look to grow our market share and potential to expand our offering.

Core skills would include: Sound knowledge of food trends, seasonality, budgets and stock control and the ability to delegate, motivate, encourage and train staff. The ability to communicate with junior and senior management and understanding of business development is crucial.
